Tom Jingoli

Tom Jingoli is President and Chief Operating Officer of Konami Gaming, Inc., and Managing Director of its overseas subsidiary Konami Australia Pty Ltd. He leads daily operations, execution, and partnership across the business, with all internal departments and divisions reporting to him spanning seven locations across five continents. He also serves on Konami Gaming, Inc.’s Board of Directors and is the executive leader of compliance for both Konami Gaming and Konami Australia.

Jingoli joined Konami in June 2003 as Director of Compliance and held progressively senior roles including Senior Director of Compliance and Legal Administration, Chief Compliance Officer/Senior Vice President, Chief Administration Officer/Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President & COO (a position he held for more than five years before advancing to President in June 2025). His career in gaming began as an investigative agent with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (1990–1994), where he conducted background investigations of casino licensees and key employees. He later worked in compliance at Station Casinos before joining Konami.

Jingoli holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Bethany College (West Virginia) and a Master of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a longtime supporter of UNLV, having served on its Board of Trustees.
