Yugo Kinoshita

Yugo Kinoshita is a senior gaming executive with over two decades of experience spanning corporate strategy, finance, operations, and business development. He began his career at Dentsu Inc. as an Account Executive and Marketing Planner, followed by a role as Brand Manager at Nike Japan and CEO/Managing Director of Albirex Singapore Pte Ltd. He holds an MBA from Babson College (2010) and a BA in Human Science from Waseda University (2000); he later earned a second MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2019–2021).

In 2012, Kinoshita joined the Aruze Gaming Group, where he held successively senior titles: Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy (2012–2015), Director & COO (2015–2017), and Director, CFO and CSO (2017–2018). In 2018 he was promoted to Global Chief Executive Officer of Aruze Gaming America, Inc., the global casino solutions developer, and also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2023 he temporarily assumed responsibility for the US branch operations following the departure of the US president.

Beyond his role at Aruze, Kinoshita was appointed an independent non-executive director of Donaco International Limited in 2019. He holds multiple gaming licenses, including one from the Nevada Gaming Commission. His leadership focuses on expanding Aruze's presence in untapped casino markets and driving innovation in gaming solutions.
