TGP Europe is an Isle of Man-based online gambling company founded in 2014 that provides a white-label iGaming platform, enabling partner brands to launch and operate gambling websites without building their own infrastructure. The platform integrates sportsbook, casino, live dealer, payment processing, and back-office tools, and at its peak TGP Europe held a UK Gambling Commission licence while managing over 15 white-label domains. Many of those brands sponsored Premier League football clubs such as AFC Bournemouth, Fulham, Newcastle United, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Burnley. However, regulatory scrutiny escalated after a £316,250 fine in 2023 for anti-money laundering failures, followed by a £3.3 million penalty in 2025 and demands for operational improvements. Rather than comply, TGP Europe surrendered its UK licence in May 2025, causing all its white-label domains to close to UK customers and leaving several clubs with unlicensed sponsorship partners. The company continues to hold an Isle of Man licence but its future in other regulated markets remains uncertain. Led by director Steve Templeman, the company claims over 50 years of combined industry experience among its leadership.
