Casino Guru automates Safety Index reporting for casino partners

Casino Guru has rolled out Automatic Safety Index Reports, a scheduled reporting feature for casino operators. The account-based tool sends PDF updates on a casino's Safety Index score alongside recommendations for improving it, removing the need for partners to check the metric manually.

Operators register on Casino Guru and then have their portfolio of sites assigned by the company before enabling the feature. From the Report Settings section, they can schedule reports monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually, or choose to receive one whenever a casino's Safety Index changes by a set amount. The PDF is emailed automatically to the registered address, with a separate report for each brand in a representative's portfolio.

What the reports cover

The Safety Index is the metric Casino Guru uses to evaluate the reliability and trustworthiness of online gambling platforms and is a central reference in its casino database. Reports examine unresolved player complaints, problematic terms and conditions, restrictions and other practices that can affect player safety, with licensing and bonus terms also flagged for attention. Each issue comes with an explanation and recommendations based on the Fair Gambling Codex; the company presents these fixes as the only way for operators to raise their scores and reach the top of its casino rankings.

Martin Dolný, Training & Development Specialist at Casino Guru, said automatic delivery gives casinos "a clearer and more consistent view" of how their brands perform, allowing partners to act on the factors that drag their Safety Index down.

Scale and next steps

Casino Guru says more than 700 casinos have already amended their terms and conditions and improved their safety ratings using these recommendations. The platform has about 6,000 casino representative accounts and notes that the reports are free, a capability few affiliate sites offer at this scale. The launch extends Safety Index reports that have long been part of its affiliate model; as the network grew to hundreds of partners, automating delivery became a natural next step.

Dolný added that the goal was to establish "an ongoing feedback loop" so operators can track progress over time. Future updates based on partner feedback could include instant report generation, with reports delivered within a couple of minutes.
